They care about the customer. Answer the phone promptly and provide an estimate. Work done was excellent. Repairman showed up before the appointed time and did a great job. They replaced the front door glass on my car at a good price. I would recommend them 100%.

We have a large casement window that was fitted with double-pane glass, and in which the seal between the panes had failed, clouding the glass from the inside. The manufacturer provided us with replacement glass under warranty, but the actual replacement was up to us. My wife contacted Glass Doctor to do the replacement work, and they gave us a what we think was a very reasonable quote for the repair. The workmen who came to our home left a favorable impression right from the start. They were profesional and clearly thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced. They did a wonderful job with the replacement, and completely cleaned up after themselves when the work was complete, including removal of the old glass and the packaging material that the new glass came in, as well as sweeping up the debris inside the house in the vicinity of the work done. We couldn't have been more pleased with their work!

We had the Glass Doctor replace one of our double-pane windows that had a huge crack in it. Everything about this organization was top notch. The customer service folks made scheduling a breeze, the technician who came to take measurements for a quote, and the two technicians who came to replace the window were extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for any glass replacement.

I highly recommend the Glass Doctor. John does incredible work and can fix absolutely anything even if the windows in your home are over 40 years old like mine. He replaced just the glass for my bathroom window and installed new hardware in a bedroom window. He did an outstanding job!! Angie is also very lovely to work with in the communication is excellent.

Thank you Andrew & Team! Our new dining table glass fits great and looks beautiful. After a few disappointing non-follow up calls from 2 other local glass replacement businesses, the Glass Doctor of PSL measured, picked up, and replaced our triangle table glass within a 2 week period. Our new glass fits even better than the original. Incredible!

Always do my best to support small/local businesses. What a pleasant experience. A few places never returned my call, but left message for service on Saturday. Received a call Monday morning from Angie. Polite, professional, efficient, and set up my appt. When John arrived, he was also very friendly. I showed him the shower door and explained the issue. He had the door repaired in 20 minutes, and explained that I should replace the hinges. He took the time to explain why this was happening, and offered to provide a quote for the replacement part(s). The reason I am writing this review is because of John's honest. I showed him my other shower (also frameless), which was installed by a weekend warrior couple that made lots of mistakes. He explained what they had done, and informed me that replacement would be approx. $1,300.00. He then asked if it worked, and told me that if it were him, he would not replace it. Functional sure fits my budget better than aesthetic at this time, so I really appreciated his recommendations.

We moved into our house 2 years ago and have been riding it out with a plastic shower rod and a plastic shower curtain from Walmart :) we couldn’t really find anyone we 1. Trusted 2. Wasn’t charging a ridiculous amount for a door. A new friend I made up here invited us to her home and during her house tour I saw her gorgeous shower door and this is who she used. We called them for a quote, they came out the following week, door was in the week after that. Got here at noon and left at about 2 (including cleaning up after themselves) John and Patrick Replaced the ugly window that was there with chrome and put in a new window and door with same height and hardware for about $1500 with the diamond fusion coating on both to make maintenance easier. My friend got this and she says she barely has to clean the shower door and it still looks new.. overall we loved the customer service. The price. It was professional and great job done. John and Patrick, thank you so much for not only the great job you did, but for the overall pleasant experience!!!

We couldn’t have picked a better company to install our glass shower doors. John came to give us an estimate and gave us great suggestions and different options for what we needed. His professionalism, promptness and knowledge gave us the confidence to move forward with Glass Doctor. Tyler, our technician did an amazing job at installing everything. He was courteous and diligent. The doors look absolutely stunning, just the way we had envisioned them. Angie, on the phone, was also kind and accommodating. This company is very fortunate to have such amazing employees. It’s hard to find people who are not only skilled and hard working but also authentically good people.
